Privacy policy

How we handle your personal data when you visit this website or contact us. In short: we ask only for what we need to reply to you, we use no cookies on public pages and we never sell data to third parties.

Who we are

Plenitude is a movement and wellness space in Lourinhã, Portugal. The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Marco Guyard Miranda, sole trader (empresário em nome individual), tax number (NIF) 229028179, who provides Plenitude’s services from Avenida da Igreja 10, R/C, 2530-254 Lourinhã, Portugal.

For any privacy question, contact us at plenitudegeral3@gmail.com or +351 916 328 634.

What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message, language and the page you wrote to us from. We use this data only to answer your request and, where relevant, to arrange your enrolment in a class, service or event. For gift card requests we also collect, if you give them, the recipient’s name and the intended amount. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Email communication: when you write to us you receive an automatic confirmation and, later, our reply. Emails are sent from our own mail server, hosted in the European Union.

Usage statistics: we measure, in aggregate, how many people visit each page, from which country and type of device, and where the visit came from. This measurement happens on our server, with no third-party script in your browser and no cookies: your IP address is truncated (the last octet is removed) and used only to determine the country and to derive an anonymous identifier that changes every day. We do not store the full IP address or link it to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing by contacting us.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies on its public pages — neither first- nor third-party — so we do not ask you for cookie consent. The administration area, reserved for the Plenitude team, uses one strictly necessary session cookie for authentication.

To protect the contact form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which is only loaded once you start filling in the form. Turnstile may process your IP address and technical browser data to verify that you are a person; it does not use tracking cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or pass on your data. It is accessible, only to the extent necessary, to service providers acting on our behalf: our website and mail-server hosting and maintenance provider (servers in the European Union — Hetzner Online GmbH, Finland/Germany) and Cloudflare, Inc. (network, security and anti-spam services; USA, with appropriate safeguards under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are external: once you click, those platforms’ policies apply. The Google reviews shown on the website are public and fetched by our server; we send none of your data to Google.

How long we keep data

Contact requests are kept for 24 months after the last communication, unless you become our customer — in which case for the period required by applicable legal and tax obligations. Usage statistics are anonymous and aggregated and cannot identify you.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to request its portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to plenitudegeral3@gmail.com; we reply within one month at most.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or website changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
