Purpose of the website
The website is informational: it presents Plenitude’s activities, schedule, indicative prices, team and contacts, and lets you request information or book through the contact form, phone or WhatsApp. No purchases or payments are made online through this website.
Prices, enrolment and payment
Prices for classes and services are shown on their pages; private events, bespoke experiences and space rental are quoted on request. Prices shown are final prices, with all taxes included, unless stated otherwise, and may be updated; the applicable price is the one confirmed at enrolment.
Enrolment in classes, services and events is confirmed by Plenitude after your request. Payment, absence, make-up and cancellation conditions are set out in the cancellation policy below and communicated at enrolment.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy
At Plenitude, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy helps us manage our schedule fairly while respecting our clients’ rights under Portuguese and European Union law.
1. Individual lessons and private bookings. We ask clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an individual lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, as well as missed appointments without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson price. This policy is communicated before booking and applied in accordance with applicable law. If a client needs to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate the request, subject to availability.
2. Prepaid lesson packages. Refunds may be requested for unused lessons within 60 days of the original purchase date under our voluntary refund policy. Where a refund is approved, it is calculated based on the unused portion of the package and the applicable package terms. Lessons already provided are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law or is otherwise due under the agreed terms. This policy does not limit any statutory rights to cancellation, withdrawal or refund.
3. Monthly group-class passes. Monthly passes provide access to the group classes included in the selected plan during the stated validity period. Missed classes are not automatically refundable or transferable to another month. Pass validity, renewal arrangements and any cancellation conditions are communicated before purchase. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
4. Private events, wedding dance lessons and off-site bookings. Private events, wedding dance lessons and dance sessions held at external locations may be subject to specific cancellation and payment terms. Any applicable deposits, cancellation deadlines and refund conditions are communicated and agreed at the time of booking.
5. Classes or events cancelled by Plenitude. If Plenitude cancels a class, lesson or event, we will offer an appropriate alternative or a refund, as applicable under the booking terms and Portuguese law.
6. Refund requests and consumer rights. For cancellation or refund requests, please contact Plenitude using the contact details provided on this website. Requests are assessed in accordance with the applicable booking terms and Portuguese and European Union consumer legislation. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or waives any mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
Gift cards
Plenitude gift cards can be requested through this website, by phone or at the studio. The card is issued once we have confirmed with you its content (an experience or an amount), the payment and the way you will receive it — by email, in digital form, or in person at the studio. No payments are made online on this website.
Each gift card carries an amount or an experience and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used for any Plenitude activity or service, subject to booking and availability. If the chosen experience costs more than the card’s value, the holder pays the difference; if it costs less, the remaining value stays available until the card expires.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable after they expire, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. A lost card can only be replaced if the original request can be identified.
For distance purchases, the buyer may withdraw within 14 days of issue under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, as long as the card has not been used.
