Yoga classes with Teresa Beccari in Lourinhã, by Areia Branca: Tuesday and Thursday mornings and early evenings, and Wednesday lunchtime.
Tuesdays: 09:30–10:30 and 19:00–20:00. Wednesdays: 13:00–14:00. Thursdays: 09:30–10:30 and 19:00–20:00. Classes are taught by Teresa Beccari.
Monthly fee: €30 for one class a week, €40 for two. Get in touch to start.
